Tod’s Group has announced the completion of the restoration of Palazzo Marino, the historic seat of the city’s administration since 1861. The project was presented at a press conference attended by Mayor Giuseppe Sala and Chairman Diego Della Valle.
Fully funded by Tod’s, the 16-month intervention restored 7,500 square metres of façades through cleaning, consolidation, and renewed finishes. Designed in the 16th century by Galeazzo Alessi, the building has regained its historical integrity.
The initiative highlights Tod’s commitment to cultural heritage and the role of private patronage, with both Della Valle and Sala emphasizing the value of public private collaboration in preserving Milan’s identity.
