Armani and Sierra Blanca Estates have unveiled Armani Residences Marbella, the Italian brand’s first residential project in Spain. Developed in collaboration with Playa Invest, led by Rafael Nadal and Abel Matutes, the project will feature 33 luxury residences on Marbella’s Golden Mile. Inspired by the design philosophy of Armani/Casa, the development combines contemporary elegance, privacy, wellness, and Mediterranean lifestyle. Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2026, with completion expected in 2028.
