Esé Azénabor NYFW Spring 2027: Eveningwear Collection

Sixty-five floors above Manhattan, I stepped back into the world of Esé Azénabor for her Spring 2027 runway show, Electric Garden, at Bar SixtyFive at Rainbow Room.

Inspired by the vivid colors of exotic flowers, Azénabor filtered nature through a futuristic lens, bringing her vision to life through eveningwear filled with shimmer, dimension, and sculptural detail. From sleek, body-skimming gowns to shorter silhouettes accented with oversized floral forms, the collection balanced the beauty of nature with an almost futuristic precision.

Against the Manhattan skyline, each look seemed to catch the light from every direction, making the setting feel like part of the presentation itself. Returning to an Esé Azénabor presentation this season made it especially exciting to see her world evolve through Electric Garden, where nature, technology, and plenty of drama met high above New York City.
