The first edition of Salone del Mobile.Milano launched in Riyadh from 26–28 November at the King Abdullah Financial District, themed ‘Red in Progress’. Inaugurated by HE Rakan Al-Touq on behalf of HRH Prince Badr bin Abdullah, the event showcased 38 leading Italian brands alongside Saudi initiatives like Designed in Saudi.

The three-day exhibition featured workshops, talks, and a handicrafts pavilion, fostering Saudi–Italian collaboration in design and highlighting innovation, heritage, and emerging Saudi talent ahead of the 2026 full-scale fair.
