On the occasion of Qatar National Day, December 18, Afraa Al-Noaimi stands out as a powerful voice of creativity, culture, and female leadership. A designer and entrepreneur, Afraa blends Italian artisanal excellence with Qatari identity, transforming fashion into a vehicle for cultural storytelling and soft power.

Beyond design, she leads a global cultural ecosystem through initiatives such as ArtistiQ, supporting MENA female artists; In the Hands of Venus, a platform dedicated to women’s empowerment; and Auqool, an educational institute fostering storytelling and leadership. Together, these projects strengthen Qatar’s cultural presence worldwide, celebrating heritage through innovation and female-driven cultural diplomacy.
