Maison Margiela announces Maison Margiela Residences, the House’s first foray into residential living, in partnership with Alta Real Estate Development. Located on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, the project features 25 bespoke units that reinterpret the Maison’s iconic codes of deconstruction, trompe-l’œil, and transformation through architecture and design.

Conceived with Italian architect Carlo Colombo, the Residences feature exclusive Margiela-designed furnishings, from sofas to lighting, blending material experimentation and architectural mastery. Amenities include an art gallery, spa, gym, infinity pool, and the Margiela Café, creating a new dimension of conscious, refined living.
