Loewe SS26: A New York Pulse in Spanish Leather

Professor Ivan Allegranti is a seasoned freelance journalist and academic…
Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, fresh from stepping away from their own label, unveiled their first Loewe collection in Paris with palpable joy. True to their New York roots, they injected a sportif energy into the storied Spanish house, blending “Spanishness, craft, and us.”
Glossy heat-sealed leather jackets, shredded-leather jeans, and scarf dresses cascaded with ruffles set the tone, alongside leather pleated shirts and experimental 3-D printed towel dresses. Their key bag, a slouchy one-handle Amazona, captured the brand’s fusion of heritage and modern New York verve.
