Haider Ackermann’s Spring 2026 show unfolded like a midnight film scene—moody, seductive, cinematic. Models didn’t just walk; they slithered, traded glances, and played characters in a love story set to David Bowie’s haunting “Heroes.”
Backstage, Ackermann described the theme as a “midnight swim”, reflected in patent leather pieces, sheer shorts revealing jockstraps, and bra tops standing in for shirts. Gravity-defying gowns and monokini-inspired cuts pushed boundaries, while vibrant lime, mint, and pool blue lit up the near-black set.
The smoke-filled finale sealed Ackermann’s signature seduction.
