Alaïa’s FW 2025 Adv Campaign

Alaïa presents a cinematic campaign for Fall 2025, marking a bold new chapter for the maison. Shot entirely outdoors along the dramatic cliffs of Cap Blanc-Nez and Cap Gris-Nez in northern France, the project unites photographer Tyrone Lebon, director Frank Lebon, and creative director Pieter Mulier. Black-and-white images evoke stills from an auteur film, with models Loli Bahia and Nastassia Legrand channeling heroines from Austen to the Brontës. Referencing cinema from Jane Campion’s The Piano to Kubrick’s Barry Lyndon, the campaign merges landscape and body into a timeless, poetic vision of feminine power and fragility.

Professor Ivan Allegranti is a seasoned freelance journalist and academic based in Italy, with a strong foundation in law and a teaching role in Bratislava. His journey into the world of fashion began in an unlikely place, as an apprentice in a tailor’s shop. Quickly realising that his strengths lay not in the precision of the needle but in the art of storytelling, he turned his focus to chronicling the brands, artists, and visionaries who define the luxury industry. Today, he combines his legal expertise, academic insight, and narrative flair to bring depth and perspective into GAZETTA. @ivanallegranti
